THE MONUMENTAL NETWORK
For Leaders Who Are In The Thick Of Life

“Genuinely life changing. Being able to openly discuss key matters in my personal and professional life in a confidential and non judgemental forum, is a wonderful release and the wisdom learnt from others is a game changer. Absolutely brilliant"
– AJ
The Network
You’ve got the job titles, the home, the children, the reputation.
From the outside, it looks like you’ve made it.
But inside?
You’re stretched thin.
Juggling everything.
Struggling quietly.
You’re not broken, you’re just in the middle of it.
The thick of fatherhood, leadership, responsibility....and the quiet ache for more.
You don’t need fixing.
You need a circle of likeminded men who get it.
Welcome to The Monumental Network.

The Network is for men, generally in their 40s and 50s who are:

- Balancing family, business, marriage, and losing themselves in the business (read - most men in mid-life).
- Wanting something deeper than dinner-party conversation or surface-level friendships.
- Ready to grow emotionally, mentally, and spiritually, not just professionally.

"From the outside, I had it all - career success, a great family, financial stability. But inside, I felt isolated, knowing I was leaning too much on my wife and family which caused yet more friction in my life. Monumental gave me a space where I could finally be honest, be challenged, and be supported. It has changed my life, my relationships, and how I show up in the world"

Why Men Join The Network
- To feel genuinely supported by other likeminded, successful men.
- To reconnect with who they are beneath the achievements.
- To be a better father, partner, and man, not just a better provider.
- To grow in ways they’ve long ignored: emotionally, spiritually, relationally.
- To finally be in a room where they don’t have to be “on”.

“I was literally called a "closed book" and my marriage was close to over. Being a part of The Network has been a huge part of turning that story around with significant consequences in my professional life too, in a very positive way.”
– Tom

– Ross

“I was all function and process and convenience. I was different from one group to another and I was acting, performing and lying. That all changed when I found Monumental to speak my truth and be comfortable sitting in it”
– Rob
