Learn About Who And What We Are

"A remarkably important platform"
– Sir Andrew Strauss
Who We Are
Over the past decade of working with men around the world, Monumental has evolved to serve two distinct yet equally important types of men.
First, there are those in the thick of it, juggling leadership, family, finances, and endless responsibilities.
For them, we created The Monumental Network: a consistent, confidential space where like-minded, successful men meet weekly to connect, breathe, and grow together.
It’s the anchor they didn’t know they needed, reliable, real, and rooted in shared experience.
Then, there is another kind of man, the one who has achieved financial freedom and is no longer chasing, but choosing.
For him, we built The Monumental Legacy, a powerful network of men who consistently show up for one another through elite connection, honest dialogue, and immersive expeditions.
It’s where success evolves into significance, and legacy is crafted with intention, depth, and purpose.

“Monumental is unlike anything else out there for men in leadership, there’s no other space that combines this level of depth, connection, and challenge. Alistair Elliott
Former Senior Partner & Chairman of Knight Frank | NED & Chairman
“Leadership has always been tough. There is no doubt that even for those to whom it comes naturally there are moments of doubt.
In today’s world where leadership, and the breadth of responsibility, is more complex than ever, having an outlet such as Monumental has never been more relevant.
Pete’s perspective, coupled with his balanced drive and determination, has led him to build a Network perfectly suited to those individuals who are generally expected to deal with issues rather than having any of their own.
As such, I am delighted to be an investor in and Ambassador of Monumental.”

"The hardest part is taking the jump and joining. For me, this is a decision I will never regret."

"From the outside, I had it all - career success, a great family, financial stability. But inside, I felt isolated, knowing I was leaning too much on my wife and family which caused yet more friction in my life. Monumental gave me a space where I could finally be honest, be challenged, and be supported. It has changed my life, my relationships, and how I show up in the world."
