Pete Hunt
Partner & Founder
Pete Hunt is an Alumni of Charterhouse School and The Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors. He began his career in real estate, working with Knight Frank, CBRE, and Bank of America, where he executed over $500 million in commercial property deals before the age of 30 in London and Hong Kong. He later raised over $16 million for private equity projects in Asia.
Despite his corporate success, Pete felt a deeper calling and, in 2014, began exploring personal development. This journey led him to create Monumental, addressing the significant gap in personal growth and connection for male business leaders. Since then, he has facilitated over 500 gatherings, including retreats on his native Isle of Wight.
Pete has been featured in The Sunday Times, The Independent, The Spectator, and The Week. A lover of nature, he is a meditation teacher and host of The Privileged Man Podcast, where he speaks with guests such as Kenton Cool, Tim Henman OBE, Sir Andrew Strauss, and Sir Steve Redgrave.
Pete lives in Seaview on the Isle of Wight with his wife and two daughters.

Sam is an Alumni of Stowe School and a leading breathwork coach with over 30 years of experience in transformational coaching and nature-based practices.
Originally one of the UK’s top society photographers, his focus shifted toward human potential, training extensively in breathwork to support leaders build clarity, resilience, and purpose.
Sam has worked with high performers worldwide, blending science-backed breathwork techniques with deep personal insight. A father of three, he lives in Frome, Somerset, and finds inspiration in nature.
Glenn Nicholson

Glenn Nicholson is a former Royal Marines Commando with two deployments to Afghanistan, bringing exceptional leadership, operational expertise, and strategic vision to his role as COO of Monumental. His military experience forged a deep understanding of resilience, high-performance teamwork, and executing under pressure, skills he has since applied across multiple industries.
After leaving the military, Glenn built a diverse career spanning Switzerland, Dubai, and Lisbon, holding leadership roles in sales, marketing, and business development across mental health consultancy, tech startups, and corporate coaching. He has worked internationally, advising executives and scaling businesses with a sharp focus on strategy, growth, and operational excellence.
Now, as the driving force behind Monumental’s operations, Glenn ensures the network runs at the highest level, overseeing its growth, strategic direction, and impact. His leadership is key in building Monumental into the premier global community for high-performing men.
Originally from Sheffield, Glenn now lives near Lisbon, Portugal, with his wife and son.

Ben is an Alumni of Brighton College and a leading Human Potential and Conscious Breathwork Coach. After starting in the corporate world, he transitioned into well-being, specializing in breathwork, NLP, Logotherapy, and Executive Coaching. With over a decade of experience, Ben has worked with high performers and global brands, including HSBC, Deloitte, and Four Seasons Hotels, helping men live with greater authenticity and purpose. Featured in Forbes, GQ, and The Independent, he continues to drive impactful change through coaching and breathwork.
